HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• ✓Run end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles
• ✓Handle onboarding, confirmation and exit processes
• ✓Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance with our vendor
• ✓Support managers on performance conversations

Who You Are

• ✓3+ years in a generalist HR role
• ✓Working knowledge of Indian labour compliance basics (PF, ESI, gratuity)
• ✓Experience hiring for sales or marketing roles
• ✓Discretion with confidential information

Nice-To-Haves

• ✓MBA in HR
• ✓Experience with an HRMS such as Keka or Darwinbox
