Despite the title on the posting, this role is really project coordination work — you'll sit close to a project management team and keep the everyday moving parts from slipping through the cracks. Think schedules that need tracking, status reports that need updating, and a constant stream of small updates between technical teams and clients that someone has to relay accurately and on time. It's less about doing the core project work yourself and more about making sure nothing falls behind because communication broke down somewhere. A typical day involves sitting in on project meetings, capturing what was actually decided (not just what was said), and getting action items out to the right people before anyone forgets them. You'll also spend real time in documentation — organizing files, updating trackers, keeping deliverables current on internal platforms — and flagging anything that looks like it might slip before it actually becomes a missed deadline. None of this requires deep technical expertise, but it does require genuinely staying on top of details across multiple threads at once. This role suits people who are naturally organized and don't mind being the person who chases updates and keeps things on schedule. Act as a reliable communication link between execution teams and clients, keeping updates clear and timely
Attend project meetings, take accurate notes, and distribute action items to everyone who needs them
Keep project documentation, trackers and deliverables current and organized on internal platforms
Spot potential delays or blockers early and raise them to the project manager before they escalate
Take ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish without needing constant follow-up
Support troubleshooting on process issues that threaten to push timelines off track

Who You Are

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, IT or a related field
Be a fresher or early-career professional; internships, academic projects or bootcamp experience count as a plus
Show strong verbal and written English communication skills for coordinating across diverse teams
Have basic working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Demonstrate strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure
Bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset rather than waiting to be told what to fix
Show enough professionalism and attention to detail to be trusted with client-facing communication early on

Nice-To-Haves

Familiarity with project or task-tracking tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira or MS Project, even from college projects
Comfort using Google Sheets alongside Excel for day-to-day tracking work
Prior experience taking structured meeting notes and distributing them to a group
Any exposure to client-facing communication, even informally through internships or student projects
