Agentic AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• ✓Support the design and implementation of agentic AI and GenAI systems built for supply chain workflows
• ✓Build and maintain backend services and the integrations that connect them to other systems
• ✓Contribute to multi-agent workflows, including tool execution, task routing and agent collaboration patterns
• ✓Help create testing and validation strategies that catch problems in AI system behavior before release
• ✓Implement and improve knowledge base systems and RAG pipelines used across the platform
• ✓Translate supply chain requirements from product and domain teams into working, shippable software
• ✓Take part in code reviews, documentation and operational support once systems reach production
• ✓Contribute to evaluation datasets, regression testing and behavior monitoring to improve AI system reliability

Who You Are

• ✓Have 0 to 2 years of professional experience in software, AI or ML engineering, including internships or co-ops
• ✓Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science or a related field
• ✓Show strong programming skills in Python and/or Java, since both come up regularly in this stack
• ✓Have some familiarity with a cloud platform such as AWS, GCP or Azure from coursework or past work
• ✓Bring genuine interest in Generative AI concepts like LLMs, agent workflows, tool calling or multi-step reasoning
• ✓Understand how APIs and services work together, along with basic distributed systems concepts
• ✓Be comfortable with core debugging practices and a working grasp of data structures and algorithms
• ✓Learn quickly, take feedback well, and collaborate effectively as part of a team

Nice-To-Haves

• ✓Coursework, personal projects, or hands-on experience with agentic or multi-step AI systems
• ✓Exposure to embedding-based search, hybrid search approaches, or reranking and relevance evaluation
• ✓Academic or project background in fine-tuning small language models or adapting NLP models
• ✓Interest in supply chain domains such as logistics, manufacturing or procurement
• ✓Some exposure to event-driven or reactive system design
