Python Gen AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• ✓Build production-grade Python software incorporating Generative AI and intelligent agent capabilities
• ✓Develop agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph for real enterprise use cases
• ✓Implement core LLM techniques including prompting, tool/function calling, RAG, embeddings and context management
• ✓Design modular, platform-agnostic architectures not tightly coupled to a single LLM vendor or cloud provider
• ✓Apply SDLC best practices including CI/CD, version control, code review and testing to AI-driven systems
• ✓Design and build APIs, microservices and reusable frameworks or SDKs supporting AI capabilities
• ✓Use agent evaluation and observability tooling to monitor and improve AI system reliability
• ✓Apply AI governance concepts including guardrails, access control, auditability and human oversight

Who You Are

• ✓Show strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience building production-grade software, not just prototypes
• ✓Have practical experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar tools
• ✓Understand LLM fundamentals including prompting, tool/function calling, RAG, embeddings, context and memory systems
• ✓Have experience designing modular, platform-agnostic architectures independent of a single AI vendor
• ✓Understand SDLC processes (CI/CD, version control, code review, testing) and how AI agents can augment them
• ✓Have experience with API design, microservices, and building extensible or reusable frameworks/SDKs
• ✓Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field
• ✓Be prepared to attend interviews in person or by video conference, presenting valid government-issued ID

Nice-To-Haves

• ✓Familiarity with agent evaluation and observability tooling such as LangSmith or custom eval harnesses
• ✓Strong grasp of AI governance concepts including guardrails, access control and auditability
• ✓Prior exposure to AI-centric libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras
• ✓Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
