Junior Technical Trainer (Python & GenAI)

Responsibilities

• ✓Teach Python programming and Generative AI fundamentals to trainees moving through Revature's internal training pipeline
• ✓Break down complex technical concepts into simple, accessible explanations for learners with varying skill levels
• ✓Progress through a structured career ladder from Trainee to Junior Co-Trainer to full Technical Trainer over three years
• ✓Support trainees during the presentation and evaluation stages of their own learning journey
• ✓Stay current on Python fundamentals and foundational GenAI concepts such as LLMs and prompt engineering

Who You Are

• ✓Hold an M.E., M.Tech, or MCA degree, since this drive is primarily framed as a postgraduate hiring round
• ✓Come from a CS, IT, or circuit-branch background such as ECE
• ✓Belong to the 2025 or 2026 graduating batch
• ✓Maintain at least 70% marks or a 7 CGPA consistently through academics
• ✓Have no active arrears or backlogs at the time of application
• ✓Be willing to commit to a 36-month service agreement with the company
• ✓Have solid Python fundamentals strong enough to both apply and explain them clearly to others

Nice-To-Haves

• ✓A B.E. or B.Tech background, though eligibility should be confirmed directly with Revature rather than assumed from the poster alone
• ✓Basic conceptual familiarity with generative AI and prompt engineering, even without hands-on GenAI project experience
• ✓Prior experience tutoring, mentoring, or explaining technical topics to peers during college
• ✓Comfort with public speaking or presenting, given the dedicated presentation round in the selection process
