Trainee - Recruitment Coordinator

This role sits inside Meesho's Talent Acquisition team and is built around one core skill: keeping a high-volume hiring process moving without anything falling through the cracks. You'll work closely with recruiters on live vacancies, getting genuine exposure to what a metrics-driven TA function actually looks like — not just scheduling calls, but understanding why certain numbers (time-to-fill, drop-off rates) matter to the business. Day to day, you'll coordinate interviews end to end, manage virtual interview drives and hiring events, and help create job postings while doing first-pass resume screening. A meaningful part of the role is candidate experience — you're often the first and most frequent point of contact a candidate has with Meesho, so how you communicate feedback and manage scheduling shapes their overall impression of the company. You'll also build and maintain hiring reports and dashboards, which means basic comfort with spreadsheets and data updates is genuinely part of the job, not a side task. This role suits people who are organized, communicate clearly under time pressure, and want a genuine first step into HR/Talent Acquisition rather than a generalist internship. It's a weaker fit if you want deep specialization from day one rather than broad exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.
