Senior Specialist, HR Services

Responsibilities

• ✓Manage complex, non-standard and high-risk mobility cases across relocation, immigration and assignment programs
• ✓Support global mobility programs including relocation, international assignments and policy-driven employee moves
• ✓Guide employees clearly through mobility policies, processes and available programs during their transitions
• ✓Apply mobility policies consistently across regions while managing exceptions and non-standard scenarios appropriately
• ✓Partner with internal teams to keep employee lifecycle transitions and global moves running smoothly
• ✓Maintain adherence to mobility policies, regulatory requirements and internal audit standards throughout each case
• ✓Collaborate with People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal and vendors to drive cases to full resolution
• ✓Use case data and reporting to spot trends, flag risks and recommend process improvements

Who You Are

• ✓Show strong understanding of global mobility policies and how mobility programs are structured and managed
• ✓Have experience with global immigration support and relocation processes specifically, not just general HR operations
• ✓Bring experience working within a Global Mobility or broader HR Operations/Shared Services environment
• ✓Demonstrate a proven ability to handle complex, sensitive or escalated employee cases independently
• ✓Show high attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and risk awareness
• ✓Be able to prioritize and manage multiple active cases or workstreams at the same time
• ✓Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort making decisions from case data
• ✓Show excellent verbal and written communication skills suited to sensitive, cross-functional conversations

Nice-To-Haves

• ✓Experience specifically within a centralized or shared-services HR delivery model rather than a generalist HR team
• ✓Comfort coordinating directly with external vendors on service delivery and issue resolution
• ✓A track record of using case data to proactively flag process risks before they escalate
• ✓Experience partnering with Legal or Payroll teams on cross-functional employee case resolution
