HR Service Delivery Associate

Responsibilities

• ✓Handle HR transactions and workforce data administration tasks within Workday
• ✓Solve routine problems by following established precedent and general team guidelines
• ✓Support employee-facing HR processes including onboarding, benefits, and payroll-related data tasks
• ✓Use Excel, including pivot tables, to slice, analyze, and interpret workforce data
• ✓Communicate clearly over email and verbally with team members and stakeholders
• ✓Work within a predetermined, focused scope of work as an individual contributor on a team
• ✓Follow detailed instructions on daily tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments
• ✓Be available to work rotational shifts as required by the service delivery schedule

Who You Are

• ✓Hold any graduate degree, since no specific specialization is mandated for this role
• ✓Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 to 1.5 years specifically in Workday
• ✓Be proficient in Workday data administration activities
• ✓Have working knowledge of HR systems, specifically Workday and ServiceNow
• ✓Be comfortable in MS Office, particularly Excel-based reporting and data analysis
• ✓Show strong analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills, adaptable to changing priorities
• ✓Communicate clearly in both written and verbal form, including strong email writing skills

Nice-To-Haves

• ✓Prior customer service experience in an HR or shared-services context
• ✓Comfort working in a fast-paced, process-driven service delivery environment
• ✓Strong sentence structure, vocabulary, and pronunciation in verbal communication
• ✓Familiarity with broader HR service delivery functions beyond core data administration
