Apprentice - Trainee Screener (Aviation Security)

Responsibilities

• ✓Complete Basic AVSEC (Aviation Security) certification training as mandated by BCAS
• ✓Complete ILHBS certification as part of the required qualification path for conversion
• ✓Learn and follow passenger and baggage screening procedures at Mumbai International Airport
• ✓Adhere strictly to aviation security protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
• ✓Support day-to-day airport security operations under supervision during the training period
• ✓Progress through structured training milestones toward eligibility for Supervisor conversion

Who You Are

• ✓Hold any graduate degree, since no specific specialization is required
• ✓Be a 2025 or 2026 pass-out, as this program is open only to recent graduates from those batches
• ✓Be willing and eligible to complete Basic AVSEC and ILHBS certification through BCAS
• ✓Be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai for this full-time apprenticeship
• ✓Be comfortable working in a highly regulated, procedure-driven security environment

Nice-To-Haves

• ✓Prior exposure to aviation, airport operations, or security-related coursework or internships
• ✓Strong attention to detail suited to compliance-heavy, safety-critical work
• ✓Comfort working shifts typical of 24/7 airport security operations
