Analyst Trainee (GenC - Digital Workplace Services)

Responsibilities

• ✓Act as first-line technical support for end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues as they come in
• ✓Follow structured processes and compliance requirements while working in a 24/7 support environment
• ✓Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and track them through to resolution
• ✓Maintain productivity and service quality standards expected of a Digital Workplace Services support role
• ✓Complete Cognizant's structured onboarding and training program as part of the GenC intake

Who You Are

• ✓Hold a three-year full-time undergraduate degree such as BCA, BSc, BA, BCom, BBA, BVoc, or BMS
• ✓Have graduated in 2025 or be graduating in 2026
• ✓Maintain a minimum of 50% marks across academic records
• ✓Be willing to be aligned specifically to a Digital Workplace Services (Service Desk) role
• ✓Be available to work in a 24/7 support environment, which may include night shifts or rotational schedules
• ✓Join as a fresher, since no prior work experience is considered for this track

Nice-To-Haves

• ✓Basic familiarity with common hardware and software troubleshooting concepts
• ✓Interest in eventually pursuing a Master's degree through Cognizant's BITS Pilani sponsorship program
• ✓Strong communication skills for handling end-user support interactions
• ✓Background in Science, Technology, or Mathematics for those interested in the sponsored higher-education path
