Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• ✓Analyze complex business datasets using exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns and anomalies
• ✓Develop data models and analytical frameworks in Python that standardize calculations across teams
• ✓Design and maintain advanced Excel workbooks and VBA macros that automate repetitive reporting tasks
• ✓Build interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards that clearly communicate key performance indicators
• ✓Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into concrete analytical problems
• ✓Implement data quality checks using Excel and Python to validate sources and reconcile discrepancies
• ✓Optimize data pipelines and reporting workflows by identifying bottlenecks and proposing automation
• ✓Document analytical methods, datasets and assumptions to support transparency and easier team onboarding

Who You Are

• ✓Show strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, statistical exploration and visualization integration
• ✓Have advanced expertise in MS Excel and VBA macro development for automated reporting workflows
• ✓Bring solid experience in Tableau, designing dashboards that translate technical metrics into clear visuals
• ✓Show good working experience in Power BI alongside Tableau for reporting and visualization work
• ✓Understand exploratory data analysis principles, including data profiling and pattern identification
• ✓Bring practical domain exposure that helps align analytical metrics with real business and regulatory context
• ✓Operate effectively in a hybrid work model, coordinating tasks across onsite and remote collaboration

Nice-To-Haves

• ✓Experience building scenario or what-if models using Excel VBA and Python together
• ✓Prior experience mentoring peers on modern data analysis techniques or tools
• ✓Familiarity with data governance, privacy and security practices in an enterprise analytics setting
