Associate, ML Data Operations, GO-AI Operations

Responsibilities

• ✓Watch short stowing-action videos from fulfillment centers and verify or mark product locations accurately
• ✓Maintain high accuracy and speed targets while auditing several hundred videos across a single shift
• ✓Follow defined breaks and shift structure, spending roughly 6.8 to 7 hours per day actively reviewing videos
• ✓Identify fine details in blurry or low-quality footage, applying careful judgment where clarity is limited
• ✓Maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and keep your camera on during virtual team meetings if remote
• ✓Work assigned rotational shifts, including night shifts, as part of a 24x7 operations coverage model
• ✓Meet incremental quality and productivity goals as they're adjusted over the course of the contract

Who You Are

• ✓Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• ✓Be willing to work in a non-technical, operational role for the full 6-month contract duration
• ✓Be able to audit image, video and text-based content accurately and consistently
• ✓Show high attention to detail and sustained focus when reviewing unclear or low-quality footage
• ✓Be comfortable working toward incremental targets on both quality and productivity metrics
• ✓Be available for rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
• ✓Be ready to come into the office periodically if working from home, when business needs require it

Nice-To-Haves

• ✓Prior experience in a data annotation, content moderation or quality-review role
• ✓Comfort working consistently within a fully remote, camera-on team environment
• ✓A track record of maintaining accuracy under repetitive, high-volume review work
