Graduate Trainee - Global Service Desk

Responsibilities

• ✓Provide first-line technical support to customers over voice calls or ticketing systems for IT-related issues
• ✓Troubleshoot common IT problems using defined processes and documented resolution steps
• ✓Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior support tiers in a timely, well-documented manner
• ✓Log every customer interaction accurately to maintain clear records for tracking and reporting
• ✓Support smooth day-to-day business operations by resolving issues within expected service timelines
• ✓Build working knowledge of enterprise technologies and internal systems used across the service desk
• ✓Work assigned rotational shifts to maintain consistent global support coverage

Who You Are

• ✓Hold any undergraduate degree as a fresher graduate, with no specific stream restriction stated
• ✓Have graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026 to meet this drive's passing-year eligibility window
• ✓Have secured 60% or above in academic qualifications, as this is the stated eligibility criterion
• ✓Be willing to relocate to and work from Lucknow, Nagpur, Madurai or Vijayawada
• ✓Show good communication skills, since the role involves regular direct interaction with customers
• ✓Agree to a mandatory 12-month service agreement, with a ₹50,000 payable amount if you leave before completing it
• ✓Be flexible to work rotational shifts as required for global service desk coverage
• ✓Accept CTC as determined by HCLTech's standard compensation grid for this program, not a negotiated figure
