Investigation Representative, ROW IB

Responsibilities

• ✓Investigate seller-reported issues by researching and querying internal tools to reach accurate resolutions
• ✓Facilitate the flow of information between sellers, associates, management and other internal stakeholders
• ✓Take full ownership of assigned investigations from initial report through to final resolution
• ✓Report progress on active investigations clearly and flag blockers before they delay resolution
• ✓Analyze data to spot trends and understand what's actually driving a given seller-facing issue
• ✓Deep-dive into findings to identify gaps and risks in current inbounding processes and mechanisms
• ✓Communicate resolutions and proposed process fixes clearly in written and verbal English
• ✓Support daily operational activities centrally across multiple fulfillment centers

Who You Are

• ✓Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• ✓Hold a Bachelor's degree, or have at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• ✓Show excellent written and verbal English communication skills for resolving seller issues clearly
• ✓Be able to concentrate and follow an issue through to resolution without losing focus
• ✓Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
• ✓Show excellent typing skills and comfort navigating multiple internal tools and websites

Nice-To-Haves

• ✓Strong deep-diving skills for uncovering the real root cause behind a recurring issue
• ✓Ability to learn complex, unfamiliar processes quickly without extensive hand-holding
• ✓Basic understanding of inbound logistics or fulfillment center operations
• ✓Prior experience in an investigation, quality or seller/customer support role
