Transportation Representative, AmazonNowCO, RoW APEX

Responsibilities

• ✓Facilitate the flow of information between transportation carriers, hubs, warehouses and internal teams
• ✓Resolve issues affecting freight pickup, delivery timing or overall customer experience as they arise
• ✓Query internal tools and analyze data to make real-time decisions on active transportation issues
• ✓Escalate problems or data variances systematically to the right owners and follow through to resolution
• ✓Identify trends in recurring network exceptions and propose process changes to reduce them
• ✓Create and present weekly narratives outlining findings and variances against operational goals
• ✓Work within a 24/7 operating environment to keep real-time customer experience issues addressed promptly
• ✓Ideate process improvements and drive them through to actual implementation rather than just flagging them

Who You Are

• ✓Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• ✓Have 12 to 24 months of relevant work experience in operations, logistics or a related field
• ✓Show good written and verbal communication skills for coordinating between external and internal stakeholders
• ✓Be proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, for regular data analysis
• ✓Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a fast-moving, dynamic team environment
• ✓Have a basic understanding of logistics concepts relevant to freight movement and delivery timelines
• ✓Be comfortable working rotational shifts given the 24/7 nature of transportation operations

Nice-To-Haves

• ✓Strong logical reasoning skills applied specifically to spotting patterns in operational data
• ✓Prior experience facilitating communication across multiple internal teams in a fast-paced setting
• ✓Comfort presenting findings or performance narratives in a structured review forum
• ✓Any exposure to supply chain, transportation or warehouse operations beyond coursework
