Services Support Associate I - Talent Processes and Business Support - Learning Admin

Responsibilities

• ✓Add classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System accurately and on schedule
• ✓Process all scheduled reports required by the Learning & Talent Support Services team
• ✓Prepare and provide delegate lists for training sessions
• ✓Distribute electronic training materials and pre-work to participants ahead of sessions
• ✓Close out completed classes and process post-course evaluations and feedback
• ✓Ensure all system updates are completed accurately and within procedural deadlines
• ✓Maintain compliance with applicable data protection legislation at all times
• ✓Work within defined Service Level and Operational Level Agreements for the team

Who You Are

• ✓Hold a graduate degree in any discipline
• ✓Have 0 to 1 years of work experience in learning administration, back-office operations, or customer service
• ✓Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• ✓Communicate clearly in writing with good email etiquette across all levels
• ✓Take a logical, structured approach to solving day-to-day problems
• ✓Be adaptable and receptive to change in a fast-moving service environment
• ✓Be available to work the fixed 2 PM to 11 PM shift
